Need support?
How can we help?
When things are going smoothly, it is easy to show up to Mass on Sundays, spend a few car-minutes in prayer and go on with your day, but we find that individuals and members seek us out most often when they have a need - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Our pastoral services are here for you. Our team is available for many different needs and the areas below are just to get you started. Contact our deacons or our front office for further direction.
Funeral Planning
Death is a part of our journey, both joyful and sorrowful. The very nature of loss makes the death of a loved one a stressful time. Let us help you plan your loved one’s funeral or even pre-plan your own funeral. We have walked with many families and can give you the wisdom and comfort of experience.
Mental Health Support
Mental health is a significant issue for many people today. Depression, anxiety, PTSD, post-partum depression, financial and career insecurity, family stress and so much more are issues that our parish community is committed to acknowledging and supporting. God’s healing love and mercy is available to all. Coping and healing is possible through support structures as well as prayer.
Stephen Ministry
Stephen Ministry is the one-to-one lay caring ministry that takes place in congregations.
Stephen Ministry congregations equip and empower lay caregivers—called Stephen Ministers—to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered care to people who are hurting.
Stephen Ministers are congregation members trained by Stephen Leaders to offer high-quality, one-to-one Christian care to people going through tough times. A Stephen Minister usually provides care to one person at a time, meeting with that person once a week for about an hour. Twice a month, Stephen Ministers gather with their Stephen Leaders for supervision and continuing education.
